This highly successful software house is looking for a Project Manager for a 6 month fixed term contract.
It has grown significantly - resulting in a complex technology and process landscape which leads to frequently create an inconsistant customer experience. Therefore the company has launched a transformation programme to standardise it's technology platforms and business processes in order to improve customer experience and support future growth

The opportunity is for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in managing the Customer Support and Licencing worksteams withing the transformation programme

The Customer Support workstreams covers Case Management, Complaints Management and Knowledge Management and will deliver the selected software solution and transition business units from their Legacy systems and processes with minimum business disruption.

The second part of the role is the delivery of the tactical solution for licence provisioning working closely with the Programme Integration Architect and Middleware Application Lead. This will ensure continuity of Licence Provisioning and Metering when the new CRM/ERP system goes live.

You will be the key liaison point between the business stakeholders.

Working closely with the BA for customer support and the software vendor professional services organisation

Although the role is business focused, a strong ability to understand technical concepts and interfaces is essential.

You will undertake project management duties - scope, plan, budget, quality, risk and issue management, reporting etc. to ensure the project is delivered to agree time, scope, quality and cost. Reporting to the Programme Director and PMO.

It is essential that you have previous experience of project management of transformation programmes for the provision of a better customer service. This is along with changes to baseline (change control), RAID Management, Adopt PMO best practice and methods. Attend PM Scrum. Have excellent team leading and interpersonal skills.

The role is based in Berkshire with travel to the north of England monthly. Immediate Start.
