The role of Project Manager is to ensure all assigned programmes are properly planned, organised, directed and monitored to meet customer requirements, quality, budgeted cost and agreed timescales within practical constraints
The successful candidate will also:
*Responsible for the delivery of projects in line with the project Business Case to an agreed timescale, quality and financial performance.
*Lead, motivate and co-ordinate the project teams within a Matrix managed business; ensuring that projects are delivered utilising appropriate skills and experience.
*Build, maintain and exploit strong relationships with customers, suppliers, internal departments and other project stakeholders to manage project expectations.
To be successful within this role, the following would be required:
*Experience of Programme Management (Prince 2 (or APMP) Qualified) in an aerospace or defence environment Product development experience from design through to manufacture
*Ability to build credible relationships with engineers, customers and subcontractors
