One of the South East's leading Motor Retailers is looking to recruit Customer Service Advisor for their busy Vauxhall retailer in Maidstone.
Applicants will have previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role. You will be pro-active and be able to manage, evaluate and move forward the customer experience, ensuring the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
No day is the same in this demanding and busy role so you will need to be methodical and flexible in your approach to your duties, and enjoy working within a team. You will also be process driven with excellent attention to detail and an engaging, outgoing personality.
The successful applicant will be highly motivated and able to demonstrate the highest levels of customer satisfaction and interaction. To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm, plus alternate Saturday's 8.00am to 12.30pm.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
