The Company:
Our client is a well-established international company

Main duties:
To service the company’s international business effectively

The Role:
- To ensure the company maintains a strict credit policy
- To chase all outstanding debts and invoices and take appropriate action
- To work to a number of targets to ensure invoices are chased efficiently
- To make a large volume of outbound calls
- To handle customer enquiries by fax, phone or email in an efficient manner
- To liaise with Sales and Customer Service departments regarding credit issues
- Chase outstanding invoices via telephone, letter and e-mail
- Daily contact with customers to resolve credit issues

The Candidate:
- Fluent in French to mother tongue standard and English is ESSENTIAL (Written and spoken)
- AAT, CIMA, ACCA qualification is a STRONG ADVANTAGE
- Previous experience in Credit Control or Customer Service within Accounts or Finance
- Experience and aptitude to make a high volume of outbound calls
- A strong drive to achieve results
- A keen learner & team player
- A natural problem solver with excellent organisations and communication skills
- Experience working in a fast paced environment

Salary: £18,000 pa + Excellent range of benefits (Pension+ Free Life Assurance+ Christmas Bonus Scheme+ others)
