Field Sales Administrator

Lyreco is one of the world’s leading providers of Workplace Solutions to businesses and has an opportunity for a Field Sales Administrator to join the team at Telford Head office. We are offering a salary of up to £17,000 per annum.

As a Field Sales Administrator your role will be to assist in the provision of an effective communication, information and administrative link between Telford Head Office and the Field Sales force.

Key responsibilities of a Field Sales Administrator:

- The provision and distribution of sales reports, data and customer records to the field sales force

- To provide administrative support for a specified region or regions, including all the tasks related to that region.

- Using Geomapping software to create territory maps and data for geographical analysis

- Observe company policies, procedures and standards and to promote quality and the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment at all times.

- Undertake such other duties as may reasonably be requested by the Field Sales Support Manager

Skills and abilities to become a Field Sales Administrator:

- The ability to work to pre determined procedures without deviation.

- Ability to work with figures and numerical reports

- The ability to meet deadlines.

- Attention to detail

- The ability to behave in a professional, courteous and personable manner whilst at the same time remaining assertive.

- Discretion when handling confidential information
