The Company:
Our client is a fast-growing business in the media industry covering all aspects of travel, holidays, properties and lifestyle in France

Main duties:
To develop the company's business in the French Territory (No cold calling)

The Role:
- To deal with Customers’ enquiries and understand their property requirements
- To build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- To work alongside the French Estate Agents
- To demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the French buying process
- To understand the company’s market
- To generate sales leads & business opportunities with prestigious high budget clients
- To provide exceptional customer service
- To drive the business forward to the next level of growth
- Travel to France will be required
- To work with the Property Sales and Business Development Manager

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English and French (Written and Spoken)
- Previous Estate Agency experience and/or Extensive experience of the French Property Market
- Excellent communication and Negotiation skills
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent relationship Builder
- Commercial Acumen, ability to generate new leads
- Management skills
- Strong attention to details with ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Driven/ eager to developing the business forward to the next level
- IT literate
- Genuine passion in luxury property as you will be dealing with high budget clients and generating significant personal sales revenue

Salary: £45,000 pa OTE (Negotiable) + excellent benefits
