They have an exciting opportunity for a Partnership Manager to join the company. This is a full time, fixed term role until at least March 2018 with potential to extend to 2020! The role will be based at their head office in Beeston, but will require travel around Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

This is a great time to join the team and be part of shaping and growing this new project. The aim of the project is to support young people across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire who have significant barriers to employment. Enhanced DBS clearance is also required for this position.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of ESF contracting including partnerships with subcontractors and their provision to ensure the contract is delivered on time and within budget. As well as maximising the contract value and quality of delivery, you will ensure the delivery model meets contractual and learner requirements and make recommendations for improvement.

You will have a track record of making things happen. You will be able to demonstrate commercially driven experience of management, preferably project or multisite based. With an understanding of project management methodologies, you will be able to successfully build relationships, engage and influence all stakeholders. With first class organisational, planning and prioritising skills, you will be target driven with the ability to work independently, without close supervision.

Experience and/or knowledge of ESF funding and welfare to work sector is highly desirable.
