Position: Marketing Effectiveness Manager
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £55,000 + Package

Client is a well-established financial services organisation who is looking to create a new UK bank, based in the West Midlands. They are looking to appoint a Marketing Effectiveness Manager into their brand new team. This is an excellent opportunity to help optimize spend and activity and to support strategic decision making.

Responsibilities:

* As the Marketing Effectiveness Manager, you will be providing advice to marketing teams on appropriate ways to target marketing activity and drive the optimization of return on investment
* Overseeing and maintaining the development of mixed media modelling or econometric techniques and principles to support strategic decision making on media and spend.
* Ensuring clear and measurable objectives are set against which marketing activity can be assessed
* Reporting and translating marketing performance results in a way that enables the business to continually improve and optimize.
* Working with team members to ensure we present a holistic view of the effectiveness of campaigns across media

Skills:

* As the Marketing Effectiveness Manager, you will have relevant product knowledge including knowledge of marketing
* Experience working in relevant market or context, i.e. professional services
* Role relevant qualifications, i.e. degree
* Ideally degree educated in a numerate discipline
* Marketing post-graduate qualifications
* Good level of understanding of marketing theory and practice
* Data interpretation and analysis essential
