Examinations Administrator

Start Date: As soon as Possible

Salary: £13,310 - £14,214 Pro Rata (£16,638 - £17,768 Full Time Equivalent) to start at the bottom of the scale and progress annually upon successful performance.

Hours: 30 Hours Per Week - Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm

19 Days annual leave per year + Bank Holiday Allowance

We have an opportunity for an Examinations Administrator to join our busy College to assist in the provision of an efficient and compliant Examinations service to the College.

As part of the Exams team you will assist the Examinations Manager with all aspects of the Exam Administrations. You will ensure students are registered and entered with the associated examining body and ensure that the examination practices across the College meet the expectations of the examining bodies.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and experience working within a busy administrative environment where exceptional organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines is key. You will be able to communicate to staff, students and examining bodies effectively and give outstanding customer service. You must be a team player, who is friendly, approachable and flexible within their work.
