OBJECTIVE OF JOB

To provide a timely, accurate and efficient service to new and existing clients. Building and maintaining relationships and proactive management of pipeline business.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

-Ensure that Dealer & Broker relationships are maximised by taking the initiative on communication, which should be prompt, accurate and courteous at all times with the emphasis on keeping them informed and being proactive.
-Initiate and maintain excellent relationships Dealers & Brokers, covering all aspects of the established account.
??-Proactively manage pipeline business and chase to successful conversion.
-Develop technical skills and knowledge in line with the growth of the business.
??-Consistently take a proactive approach to the successful management of Dealer & Broker relationships
??-Take ownership of the processing of new business proposals onto the in-house database and IT tools
-Ensuring procedures, policies and guidelines are adhered to and a consistent and high quality service is provided to ensure SLA ??s are met.
??-Complete credit searches and process credit decisions via matrix underwriting tools, in-line with published SLA ??s and company procedures and guidelines.
-To liaise with all relevant internal departments to remedy or clarify proposal issues.
??-To develop technical skills and knowledge in line with the growth of the Business
??- To consistently review processes and IT systems to ensure optimum service levels can be maintained.
??- Handle all queries professionally and efficiently, and within given time frames.
