Position Description:
On behalf of our customer we are looking for an experienced Payroll professional to support the successful delivery of all processes required for the production of both weekly and monthly payrolls.
The suitable candidate will be responsible for the execution of processes to support an Oracle Payroll solution for both Hourly and Salary Payrolls, and will have significant Payroll and Legislative knowledge
For this role you will require a good working knowledge of Oracle Payroll, the ability to identify and implement more effective processes and be able to manage third party relationships and motivate others.
Strong analytical skills are advantageous and key for understanding complex payroll rules and resolving issues under tight deadlines.
In addition a keen focus on control and audit requirements and data protection rules for personal data.
Excellent communication, administration, and organisational skills are essential.
The role requires flexibility to work Public Holidays through the year, including Christmas and New Year.
Skills Required:
Proven ability to use Oracle Payroll Specialist knowledge of PAYE, National Insurance and Other Statutory Deductions Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
Ability to work flexibly, accurately and efficiently, under time pressure.
Ability to communicate well at all levels and be able to manage third party relationships Excellent administration and organisational skills essential
Ability to use Microsoft applications, primarily Microsoft Excel.
Skills Preferred:
Ability to use Open Options timekeeping systems.
Experience Required:
Previous Experience in Payroll or Human Resources Experience must be relevant to.
Education Required:
Degree and/or equivalent qualification or experience required.
