Due to our continued success we are seeking to recruit a professional, innovative and self-motivated, Lecturer to join our Construction team based at our Bromley Campus.

You will manage the learning process from student enrolment to achievement, including the assessment of learning outcomes and all associated administration.

Professionally experienced and qualified to NVQ3 or equivalent this role requires five years' experience in the commercial, industrial or public sector. You should hold a teaching and Assessor qualification or willing to work towards and demonstrate the ability to articulate clearly and to be understood in teaching and making presentations to class groups.

You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with energy and enthusiasm for working in a rapidly changing environment.

As the College supports a number of children and vulnerable adults, all staff are exempt from Section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Accordingly, most staff will be subject to either a 'Standard' or 'Enhanced' DBS check.
