Trade Contracts Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trade Contracts Administrator to join a fantastic company based in Andover, Hampshire.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 40 hours a week
As a Trade Contracts Administrator you Must be customer orientated, have knowledge of Excel, be Analytical, have some experine with pricing and also administration experience. Any experience with CRM - web based would be a huge advantage.
The contracts administrator is a key role which provides a distinct support structure to the trade sales team. The role is diverse and covers many areas as detailed below, but essentially interaction with the trade sales team and our customers is an important element. Therefore as a customer facing position it is crucial to have empathy with the customer balanced with protecting the business interests. Some external meetings with customers will be required along with an active involvement in the regular trade sale meeting.
*CRM- Salesforce- Manage the quotations systems and become a champion for driving the CRM in internal sales.
*Pricing - updating existing price files, or sorting out any pricing issues. This can come from customers directly, or from Accounts/Customer Services.
*Quotations - Generate quotes, check and approve quotes from ASM, trade team, update existing quotes.
*Customer price queries & general queries direct and via trade team
*ASM queries - All, includes stock checks, urgent quotes, emails.
*Trade Team Data Analysis- As required
*Order Fill analysis and chase through to pick note
*Inventory re-work/conversion to fulfil orders where necessary
*Liaise with supply chain, accounts & despatch on regular basis
*Field based data analysis for team, look up data general.
*ASM's sales reports
*ASM's outstanding orders/Order Fill Reports
*Trade sales figures
*National Merchant Contract Claims
*Monthly Rebate Claims- All National Customers
*Monthly Customer Intranet Figures for all national customers and buying groups
*Manage the complete trade net price file
*Assist with implementation of price reviews and price increases
*Territory management in QAD for ASM codes & customer allocation
*As required by NSM or HOS
*Pro-active internal sales strategy- Including promotions & follow up calls in conjunction with salesforce reporting.
