the opportunity:

We're looking for an entry level candidate to join our IT Recruitment Delivery team here in our Central London office. This position would focus on delivery into our key accounts and requires no new business at all. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the UK's leading media and advertising companies and focus on delivery of key roles in to those businesses.

You'll join a team that is fun, down to earth and who work in an energetic working environment. As a business we'll offer you amazing training and development and a defined progression path to Account Management.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Taking job specifications from key decision makers
• Sourcing/Headhunting both passive and active candidates
• Managing the candidate experience (from interview through to offer stage)
• Be a role model for the business and for your team
