Lean Change Analyst

This successful financial services organisation, experiencing significant growth, are looking for a six-sigma black-belt Change Analyst to join the team and be instrumental in the delivery of new processes and practices.

The Lean Change Analyst will join a successful and growing organisation based in Manchester City Centre to help redesign a number of current processes and ensure these are effectively implemented throughout the business. This is a new but growing team, offering great opportunities for career progression.

The Change Analyst should have:

• Six Sigma accreditation (Ideally Black-Belt)
• Strong experience implementing Lean methodology/processes
• Ideally experience within financial services, and a call-centre environment
• Experience of writing procedures
• Microsoft Excel skills
