Head of Service Management (Strategic, Outsource, Service and Operational Management, Smart Metering, SMETS2)
Location: Nottingham (with some travel)
Salary: GBP75-85K Base + Bonus + Benefits
Company: This is a big ship, and it has no intention of turning around - but that doesn't mean it's not going to have some crazy weather to get through. They need a Captain, someone who can keep the technology stable, realise the demands of the crew and ship and ensure that every demand of the ship is met - no easy job. The company is providing a one in a lifetime opportunity to be involved in the largest project of its kind in the UK, Europe or anywhere else on this plant at this moment in time. They are results driven, as you would expect from such a programme but will be surrounded by colleagues who know their roles are willing to be at the helm with you. The company also provide you with the platform to exhibit and demonstrate your skills and experience and you will be expected to weather the storms using the tool available.
You: Well you expect to be a senior service and operational lead use to developing, implementing and managing your own strategic vision around service readiness and operational transition. If you have worked on a Smart Metering programme all the better as you will understand what the company is going through and the size and complexity of its programme. You will be a leader that is used to working with a team that is highly proactive and capable. Indeed you will be able to demonstrate strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills coupled with an eye for innovation and ability to work at Director Level if required.
