THE COMPANY: Our client, based in Doncaster, is a supplier of high quality, ethically sourced, natural stone to the domestic landscaping market. They supply to builder merchants and contractors UK wide. Having been established since 2004, they are currently experiencing growth and are looking to expand their small team. Due to this growth, our client is now seeking an Internal Sales Team Advisor to join their team.
THE ROLE: As an Internal Sales Team Advisor, you will be speaking to customers on a daily basis over the telephone, dealing with queries, order taking, processing orders and delivering excellent customer service. You will assist customers with product knowledge and assist with any other duties commensurate with the position.
Key Responsibilities to include:
• Order taking
• Order processing
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Assisting customers with product information
• Other duties commensurate with the position
THE CANDIDATE: To be considered for the position of Internal Sales Team Advisor, you must have strong team working skills, an excellent telephone manner and good administrative skills. You will have the ability to work under pressure and will have a proactive approach to the working day. Previous customer service/administration experience is preferred, however full training will be given. Knowledge of Sage 200 and Microsoft Office would also be advantageous, but not essential.
Key experience essential for the role:
• Strong team working skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Good administrative skills
• The ability to work under pressure
• Proactive approach to the working day
Key experience desirable for the role:
• Previous customer service experience
• Previous administration experience
• Knowledge of Sage 200
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
