Project Co-ordinator – Training / Charity

Starfish Services is setting up a new project as part of the Evolve ESF-funded project to support unemployed or economically inactive adults within Cannock to improve their employability.

Project Co-ordinator
Location: Cannock
37.5 hours per week
Salary: band 4 £19,217 - £22,458 per annum
This is fixed term contract for 3 years.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to represent this new project, developing and delivering training programmes to meet the needs of all clients. You will assess training needs and support individual clients progressing through to peer and volunteer providing coaching and mentoring as appropriate.

Previous experience in a training delivery role is essential as is highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. You will need excellent IT knowledge along with a good understanding of the voluntary sector. Applicants must have completed ‘Train the Trainer’ or equivalent course.

A DBS disclosure will be requested for the successful applicant.
