Business Development Manager, Hygiene

Lyreco is one of the world’s leading providers of Workplace Solutions to businesses and has an opportunity for a Business Development Manager, Hygiene to work in conjunction with Field Sales team across the East of England. We are offering a salary of up to £28k with a £12k OTE, Car and Corporate benefits package.

We are introducing a team that will work on a regional basis to promote sales of our Hygiene category with our Field Sales customer base.  With a target list of almost 70,000 existing customers and a huge opportunity to develop sales with new customers this is an exciting opportunity to join a very successful category team.  The successful candidates will be enterprising, commercially astute and enthusiastic.  Although this team will be dedicated to Field Sales the reporting line is directly into the Director of Business Development for Hygiene, via a Sales Manager. 

As our Business Development Manager, Hygiene your main focus will be to work with our regional Field Sales teams to develop hygiene sales and growth, both with existing customers and new customer opportunities.

Key responsibilities of a Lyreco Business Development Manager, Hygiene:

- Training and group presentations to further promote our ability to grow this category within the Field Sales requirement.

- Analysing your customer base to identify likely Hygiene opportunities.

- Identifying new leads, promoting your business and winning new accounts within the hygiene sector.

- Working in an autonomous environment and effectively managing a hectic schedule.

- Readily available to accompany, train and coach the existing Field Sales Teams.

- Creating proposals and presenting to customers.

Skills and abilities to become a Lyreco Business Development Manager, Hygiene:

- Excellent experience and knowledge of the Hygiene Sector, we are looking for a Specialist within this area.

- Consistent track record of developing business and successful sales strategies within a B2B Hygiene environment.

- Demonstrates ownership of assigned work, performance and results.

- Demonstrates commitment and motivation to achieve goals and live up to expectations.

- Commands excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to build trust, respect and rapport quickly and at all levels.

- Hold a full and valid Driving Licence.

- Strong analytical and mathematical ability, with good commercial acumen.
