Due to continued growth, my client is looking to recruit an Administration and Customer Service Coordinator to join them in their office on the outskirts of Harrogate.

Working as part of a team, you will be required to ensure that you maintain and grow the existing customer service base, through providing a high level of customer service to all customers and prospective customers.

You will be required to manage all the existing contracts as well as the day to day administration relating to customer accounts, customer queries, new clients, and ensuring all records and reports are accurate and kept up to date, so they are available for use on request.

For this particular role it is essential that you are highly organised and methodical. You must be IT literate, comfortable on the telephone and a good all round team player.

Starting salary of £16,500 and free car parking on site.
