We are looking for a Cook who has experience of working in a large scale catering environment where the emphasis is on customer satisfaction and choice.
You will have experience of cooking food to very high standard. Able to prepare, cook, present and serve dishes according to agreed specified standards.
You will ensure that meals prepared take into consideration the digestive and nutritional requirements of the customer and ensure the health, safety and welfare of all staff within the kitchen at all times.
You will also have your Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and NVQ level 2 in Food Preparation.
