Entry Level Client Contact in Digital
Are you in to all things tech, digital or shiny and new? Do you read about, want to understand and play with any new innovation you can get your hands on and would like to work in an industry where you get to do that for a living? Then this role may be for you.

This role is client facing working within a Bristol based digital creative agency as part of the client services team. Supporting an account manager and an account director, on specific client accounts, you would be responsible for crossing the t's and dotting the i's on all communication to the client, supporting the other team members to fulfill their roles and ultimately ensuring the client is fully and correctly informed about the current status of all their projects. In fact you are so on top of things they never have to ask 'what's happening?', but you also understand the value of succinct and timely communication.
We provide digital expertise to our clients and as part of the client facing team we will encourage you to provide opinion and insight based on your natural interest in all things innovative. Supporting the wider team and working with strategists, user experience, creatives and developers, you will learn and develop your digital knowledge with a view to progressing to account manager, where you will run your own client accounts.
This is an entry level role, so we are not looking for any specific past experience or qualifications, just a natural interest in digital innovation, a great attention to detail and the confidence to be client facing.
