Specification: Qualify applicants and conduct effective accompanied viewingsEnsure all prospective tenants are correctly referenced and landlords provide approvalProvide feedback to landlords and applicants in line with company standardsPrepare and arrange production of tenancy documentation within company guidelinesKeep landlords informed of all negotiations with prospective tenants Requirements: Track record of consistently achieving lettings targets and related KPI'sCurrently working within lettings, preferably in Central LondonBasic knowledge of relevant industry legislationOutstanding influencing and networking skillsExceptional people skillsFull UK driving licence
