This role is focused on the scoping and delivery of capital and process upgrade projects. The work will involve supporting Suez operations personnel across various water and waste water systems on multiple industrial sites. What will I be doing as a Project Manager? Ensure compliance in all areas relating to safety, including safety on site & pro-active KPI's. Scoping, designing, estimating, quoting and managing water treatment projects. Working with and leading customers, Suez operations staff, subcontractors and other stakeholders from project discovery and scoping to ultimate commissioning and handover. Site inspection and surveying in conjunction with Suez operations personnel or directly with end customer (in consultation with other Suez personnel) Advocating sustainable solutions to reduce environmental impact, improve efficiencies, and/or reduce cost of operation across a wide variety of industries and customers. Complete project management responsibility including change order capture. Cost, timeline and scope management control to ensure profitable, on time and successful projects. Ensure profitability of projects using spreadsheets and calculation worksheets. Utilise project management tools & techniques to plan manage & communicate effectively. Ensure accuracy of scopes and estimates compared to actual performance. Travel within UK but mainly along M62 corridor managing multiple projects with different customers. Guide and mentor Service technicians and operations personnel. Support technical training of Suez operators What are the requirements? Previous experience within a similar project delivery function Understanding of water and waste water treatment technology Strong customer focus and communication skills Project management and personnel management skills and experience. Willing to travel along M62 corridor and occasionally nationally Qualification and experience in Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
