Lettings Manager
This market leading property investment company is looking for a results-driven Lettings Manager with initiative, energy and motivation to join the team in Manchester. This is an opportunity for a truly rewarding career in a steadily growing business.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Experience in Lettings and/or property management is essential.
- ARLA qualified.
- Experience Managing a team of Negotiators.
- Strong Business Acumen.
- Strong admin skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and good general IT skills.
- Licensed Driver.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing the Manchester Team as well as supporting the Managers at branches across the UK.
- Securing new opportunities and developing the business.
- Conducting appraisals and bringing new properties to the market.
- Preparing marketing materials.
- Advising landlords and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Supervising and overseeing tenancy application and property management activity.
- Overall running of the Manchester office.
