PT Collection/Visiting Officer
Salary £15,607 (FTE £21,849) + £893 (FTE £1,250) car allowance per annum

You will provide a high quality service, maximising income to the organisation, by carrying out unannounced home visits across a geographical area, to remind tenants of their financial responsibilities, obtain payments and arrange payment agreements.
You will need to be a confident and effective communicator, able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and deal with difficult situations in a calm but effective manner. Computer literate, organised, and experienced in following agreed procedures, you will need to prioritise your work and manage your time to achieve results.
Whilst hours are subject to negotiation, you will be required to carry out occasional evening visits up to 8pm. You must have a valid driving licence and access to a car for work.
