Are you a customer service professional with administration or office-based experience looking for something new? Want a fresh challenge with a growing, successful organisation offering great training? If so, read on.

With over 40 years of experience, our client is a family-run manufacturer and retailer of stylish, bespoke kitchens and bedrooms. Due to expansion, they are now looking for a Sales Order Processor to join their passionate team.

As a family owned business, our client is proud of their strong history and family oriented feel. With over 70% or their business coming from repeat or referred business, they pride themselves on their service levels and approachable staff – and that’s where you come in.

You’ll receive full training to bring you up to speed with our client’s products and systems and will be enabled to achieve great things as part of their team. If this sounds like the kind of role in which you could thrive, our client wants to hear from you.

As a Sales Order Processor, having received your training, you will be tasked with processing wholesale orders and quotations for our client’s kitchen and bedroom products.

Specifically, you will respond to customer requests and provide technical information, building trusting relationships and helping to increase sales for the business.

Working with staff from across the business regarding orders, you will ensure that all contact is responded to in a timely manner and customers are provided with exceptional levels of service.

You will deal with quotations received via email or fax and field telephone enquiries from customers. Checking quotes for errors, you will process sales orders and advise customers of all information as it relates to their order.

If you are truly customer focused and are seeking your next step, this is a fantastic opportunity to progress and evolve your career within an incredibly interesting industry, and offers the chance to increase your earnings.

Interested? If so, you must have a background in customer services as well as experience in an administration or office environment. Equally important are your excellent communication skills, ambition and drive for success.

Friendly and helpful, as a Sales Order Processor, you’ll need to be quick to learn and eager to advance, possess a close attention to detail and have a methodical manner.
