Day Sous Chef
Day Sous Chef required for Ad Hoc cover in Devizes and the surrounding areas. The first assignment will be to cover 9am – 2pm on Tuesday 8th November 2016, with future dates to be confirmed.
Duties will include: Preparing, Cooking and Serving food, in compliance with the schools food health and safety guidelines.
Applicants need to be self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Experience working within a kitchen or professional cooking environment is essential. This will be dealing with around 80 – 100 Covers therefore, all applicants must be used to working within a fast paced and productive environment.
Applicants holding a current DBS certificate would also be highly advantageous.
