Quality & Innovations Manager - Offender Learning (Maternity Cover)

Currently in the third successful year delivering education and training in nine prisons and one IRC across the South West, the College is now seeking to employ an outstanding, dynamic and innovative Quality and Innovations Manager to support the Quality and Resource Director, and work closely with OLASS and prison/ IRC managers. The post-holder will be responsible for demonstrating, developing and improving teaching, learning and assessment to provide dynamic and innovative learner-focussed delivery within the OLASS and IRC provisions.

This position is home based and the role would require the successful candidate to visit all prisons in the Weston College Group.

Candidates must have relevant experience within offender learning and a teaching qualification.
