The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support across the office with particular focus supporting the sales and customer service teams. You will be required to build relationships both internally and externally, ensuring that customers' requirements are understood and the correct products are recommended to suit their needs. Additional key responsibilities within role include: To act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and ordersAccurately inputting data and updating customer databases.Advise on and send out samplesAdvising customers on delivery timesProvide general product and pricing information to customersGeneral sales administration tasks Candidates interested in the role will ideally have previous office based admin/customer service experience along with first class communication skills.
