Due to expansion, our successful client is looking for a PA to work for the MD. This role needs someone who is looking for a career PA role, who can take on responsibility and is happy managing projects from start to finish. Largely office based with occasional travel with the director the role is exceptionally varied and needs someone who can offer support to someone who works at 100 miles an hour! Duties include: Diary management Minute taking Reading, monitoring and responding to emails Booking meetings Preparing documentation Liaise with clients on behalf of the Director Co-ordinate events Important attributes are: Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure Outstanding time management skills and the ability to multi task Competent with MS Office and Lotus notes, particularly Excel Excellent communication skills; you will be communicating with colleagues at all levels of seniority High level of confidentiality, ability to deal with issues in a sensitive manner This is a new role that will develop as time goes on.
