The Job:To provide an effective and seamless reservations and customer contact service to customers and bookers. To maximise revenue opportunities through conversion of inbound enquiries, be that via the telephone, e-mail, live-chat or website. Reporting to the Out of Hours Supervisor you will be required to deliver monthly targets through excellent customer Service, respond to enquiries regarding accommodation availability via e-mail, telephone, live-chat or website, answer the telephones in accordance with company standards, identify customer needs and convert inbound enquiries in to bookings, deal with queries and bookings in a polite and efficient manner within the agreed standards, build commercial knowledge to understand KPI's for strategic Clients and deliver a consistent service within specified SLA's, input bookings into the reservations system, ensuring they are accurate and reflect customer requirements as well as record all opportunities in CRM and adhere to follow-up plans to convert into bookings The person:Previous experience within the Hotel/Tourism industry would be an advantage as well as excellent customer service skills. Students considered if they have more than 2 years' study remaining.
