We are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly, dynamic and forward thinking company based in Somerset. This role will initially be offered as a 1 year contract but may lead to a permanent position. This is a full time permanent position working 37 hours per week. The starting salary will be ??20,000pa, OTE ??30,000, plus an excellent benefits package including 25 days holiday, company pension scheme, and full training. The role of the Customer Service Administrator will be to act as the "front of house" sales person for our client. You will act as part of the Business Development Team and will be responsible for your own project based in Somerset where you will support customers and potential customers in an informative and compassionate manner. This role will have a strong sales element to it, and will be targeted against. The project will be based from their Head Office in Taunton, however travel within Somerset will be required 3-4 days a week with mileage paid for. Accountabilitys: To work hand-in-hand with the manager to ensure admissions are efficient and to the benefit of the customersTo use innovative ideas to draw in potential customersTo instil a culture of customer service in the projectTo book appointments for potential customers and be there to greet them.To ensure show rooms are immaculate at all times.To ensure reception area and public areas are immaculate at all times.To show potential customers around.To gather as much information as possible about the potential customer and log all this informationTo log enquiries and ensure that they are actioned through to completion.To work alongside colleagues in IT, Marketing, HR and Operations to develop responsive and innovative solutions for our customers.To meet targets set by the Business Development Team Leader.To respond to any requests for information by the Business Development Team Leader or the Executive Management BoardEngage closely with staff to understand challenges and find solutions to address them.To work closely alongside and support the Business Development Team with improving the level of customer service across the organisation. The post holder will be required to: Work independently to respond to customer requirements.Attend weekly (or as directed) team meetingsAttend regular reviews as directed and adhere to our clients policies and procedures.Attend relevant training sessions as directed. You will have a proven track record in a sales environment, experience with CRM systems and data input, reporting from databases, and have basic financial awareness.
