You will be joining a company that has doubled its turnover in the last five years and now seeks further expansion in the South West and along the Thames Valley. As Operations Manager, you will be managing a team of eight garage door fitters ensuring each fit out runs smoothly to programme and the customers' satisfaction. Based from their offices in Bristol you will be organising the support and training needed to maintain the company's high standards as well as visiting site, customers and suppliers as required.
