Regional HR Business Partner
We are recruiting for a commercially focused Regional HR Business Partner for a multi-site role based around the Bristol area. The Regional HR Business Partner will support the region with generalist HR activity from training, development and recruitment to ER case management and change projects. This is a growing organisation who are part of the FTSE 250 have over 5,500 employees and have won numerous awards and work with some of UK leading retail brands. The role This is a hands-on role working closely with the Regional Director to ensure the commercial objectives of the business are met through effective people management and HR Strategy, The role is highly focused on operational activities and the client base is predominantly blue collar workers with a total client base of 600. The role will involve full HR generalist support including: Building a pipeline of talent Supporting learning and development across the region Operational activities including disciplinaries and grievances Employee relations and rewards Upskilling line managers The profile This is a great opportunity for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner who enjoys working in a commercially focused organisation and genuinely enjoys having the opportunity to influence and impact decisions. You will need to have experience of a multi-site operation - ideally within a blue collar environment,experience of influencing at Director Level and the resilience to deal with a challenging workforce.
