This means you will take lots of calls in a confident and friendly manner. With our 12 week comprehensive training programme you will be fully supported and will gain the knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service. Your role will be 100% phone based and will include taking inbound calls from our Home Insurance customers at every stage of their journey with us. This will range from new to existing customers and also those considering leaving us. Calls will vary from dealing with policy amendments, providing quotations and processing new policies. Meaning that every day will be varied and challenging. The LV= community spirit is strong and we regularly organise social events including our Summer and Christmas parties. We work hard but also like to have fun, joining in with supporting national and international events such as the Olympics, World Cup and Euros. About The Office Working within a team in our Bristol office is like working with your family and friends. This office is a great way to build relationships inside with employees and outside with our very loyal customers. If you are someone who likes the outdoors then you could find yourself breathing in some fresh air whilst relaxing in our courtyard after enjoying your lunch from our subsidised canteen. About You We look for many different and diverse qualities when recruiting for LV= People. You will be friendly and polite, ensuring that your passion for customer service is at the forefront of your mind. Your professional and enthusiastic manner will encourage customers to renew their policies with us year on year. At LV= we look to promote personal and professional development so we are looking for people that are enthusiastic and always willing to learn. Ideally, you will have previous customer service experience and confidence with using a PC. The Details ???The start date for this role is the 16th January 2017. ???You'll work on average a 37.5 hours a week (7.5 hours a day) and you will work in accordance with our opening hours which are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 9:00pm. ???The role also includes working 3 in 8 Saturdays and 2 in 8 Sundays between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm. To make sure that you get the most out of our 12 week training programme we ask that you do not have any more than four days of pre-booked holiday during this period.
