Hours: 25 hours per week (12.00 to 17.00)
Days: Monday - Friday

The Dougie Mac Income Generation Department has an exciting opportunity for a Lottery Administration Assistant to cover maternity leave, for approximately 9 months.
The successful candidate will assist with data entry and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and best practices in administration are adhered to at all times. Duties will also include balancing and banking of Lottery income, handling incoming telephone calls and the supervision of Lottery volunteers.
Our postholder must possess excellent communication and I.T skills. Previous administration and payment processing experience within a professional office environment is also essential.
