Bank Warehouse Operative
Location - Distribution Centre, Plymouth
Hourly rate £7.32 plus a premium in lieu of paid leave
To cover annual leave and sick leave
St Luke's Retail provides essential funding for the care of terminally ill patients across Plymouth, southwest Devon and east Cornwall. Our Distribution Centre at Plympton is the main premises for the receipt and distribution of new and donated goods and an opportunity has arisen for Bank Warehouse Operative to be recruited to cover periods of annual leave and sick leave.
This role will mainly involve the delivery and collection of goods to our network of retail outlets, collections from general public and donation bins based on seasonal variances & demands. You will assist in the receipt, sorting, processing, gift aiding and recycling of donated goods, making ready for distribution to shops and online sales.
The successful applicants will have experience of working within a Warehouse/goods in or distribution facility, have excellent customer service, organisational and time management skills and a full clean driving licence.
