Must have experience of working “front of house” in a professional office.
Duties include telephonist, greeting clients, message management, maintaining registers, company secretarial, administration tasks and basic bookkeeping procedures.
Must be of smart appearance, be confident and polite, have good hearing and a clear telephone voice, be computer literate and have good Excel spreadsheet skills.
With be required to have ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure, be able to deal with difficulties in a calm and professional manner, have a good awareness of confidentiality issues, be able to deal with several things at once, be capable of working unsupervised to standardised policies and be pleasant and discrete.
