Student Recruitment and Progression Officer

Bishop Burton College is one of the leading land-based Colleges in the UK with strong and sustained growth in student numbers.

We provide Further Education and Higher Education at our Campuses at Bishop Burton College near Beverley and at Riseholme College near Lincoln which includes a brand new Showground Campus featuring state of the art teaching environments, engineering workshops, sports facilities, world class laboratories and an industry leading animal management unit.

At our Bishop Burton campus we have undergone a multi-million pound campus development programme including significant investment in state of the art teaching and learning facilities, sports facilities, a commercially run farm and an international standard equestrian facility.

Working across both campuses you will support our buoyant and growing external and internal student recruitment and progression. You will be responsible both for promoting internal student progression, designing and delivering employ ability workshops as well as for supporting external student recruitment by representing the College at external events such as careers fairs and open events.

You will have experience of providing advice and guidance in a school or college setting and delivering a user focused customer service. You will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, be flexible, enthusiastic and well organised.

If you are committed to the progression of young people in education and skills through the provision of quality advice and guidance we would like to hear from you.
