Support Worker (Independent Living Service)
Gloucestershire
CCP's independent living service supports people across the county and we are recruiting a support worker to join the team. The role involves supporting young people within accommodation sites across Gloucestershire. You will mostly be working on a 1:1 basis helping young people to develop the skills they need to live independently and supporting them with day to day issues. Experience of working with young people with complex needs is desirable, but not essential. Driving licence and own transport essential
Starting Salary: £17,000pa (pro rata) + benefits
Hours: 30 hours per week on a rota basis (to include some evenings and weekends), sleeping nights available as overtime.
