Clerical Assistant (FIF05986)
Working Pattern: 30 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day)

Fife Council pays the Scottish Local Government Living Wage Rate to employees earning less than £8.33 per hour. If the hourly rate of pay for the post is less than the Scottish Local Government Living Wage Rate a supplement will be paid.
You should have moderate experience within an educational or administrative environment and have 4 Standard Grades, level 3 or equivalent to include English and Mathematics.
Before confirming appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
Your duties will include using the SEEMIS system, Oracle ERP system and Microsoft Office package.
You will possess an ability to manage critical data, to generate statistical information and produce management reports for decision makers.
