Our recent awards include: Top 30 Best Places to Work in Hospitality 2014 and 2015Awarded 2 stars "Best Companies 2015"Winner of 2013 and 2014 Catey Award for Front of House Team of the Year Duties will include: Covering planned and unplanned reception support services across all of our client businessesWelcoming and greet guests at our main ReceptionEscorting guests to their booked meeting Act upon all requests that guests might have in an efficient and friendly mannerHandling external and internal calls in a professional mannerBooking of meeting rooms accurately and ensuring that all AV, room lay out and food and beverage requirements are noted in the absence of the Reservations TeamEnsuring a seamless and personal guest journeyLiaise with other departments to ensure efficient communication and guest serviceAlways act accordingly to Rapport and the client's standards The successful candidate will: Have more than one year's experience of working in hotel Front of House within a luxury environment or front line guest services within premium airline or business environment.Have an excellent command of the English language, both in verbal and written communicationBe immaculately presentedBe highly organised and have an eye for detailHave great interpersonal skills and an outgoing personalityHave passion to achieve excellent guest service in everything that they doBe able to work well under pressure and have the ability to act proactively and intuitivelyBe able to be on call and travel at short notice in the areaHave a full clean driving liecence and own car desirable Salary & benefits: The successful candidates will be offered a very competitive salary package plus a range of staff benefits, including pension and life assurance.
