R13 are supporting an impressive, Norwich based employer in their search for new members of their established and dedicated Sales and Customer Support team. This vacancy presents a new, exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and developing business who are looking to further expand their sales and customer service team. The role of sales and customer support is integral within the business and acts as a dedicated point of contact to both existing and new customers who have shown an interest in the company's niche product solution. The role would suit a customer focused individual who has a background in delivering high levels of customer service (office based, call centre, retail etc.) and is wanting to transfer these skills into a new position. Your duties will include: Receiving inbound calls from customers who are looking to make initial enquires. Making relevant outbound calls to customers with interest in the service or existing customers. Communicating with customers via an online web chat. Effectively building rapport, to ensure customers feel comfortable to have open discussions. Liaising with them to provide accurate information about the product and service. Undertaking in depth conversations with the customer to ascertain product suitability. Effectively handling objections; explaining individual benefits and advantages. Managing communications with the customer, via various media, throughout their application. Undertaking associated administrative processes to assist with processing customer application. Monitoring the progress of each customer, following up with them where appropriate. Collaborating with other teams internally to assure smooth customer journey throughout You will: Have experience working in a fast paced, customer focussed environment. Be a confident and articulate communicator at all levels, verbally and in writing. Have the ability to quickly build trust and rapport with your customer base. Demonstrate a passionate approach in delivering exceptional standards of service. Have experience to working to delivery targets and deadlines. Be personable and professional and able to advise customer with integrity and honesty. Be driven to achieve individual and team targets in a dynamic working environment. Have a proven and demonstrable track record of success. This is a full time position working 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday hours 1 x 8-5pm, 2 x 9-6pm, 2x 11-8pm plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 9 - 12pm (this is paid at time & half). The business offers a starting salary of GBP15000 to GBP18000 (DOE) plus potential of an additional GBP3000 bonus and pay reviews carried out annually. Benefits include contributory pension, healthcare package and 21 days holiday (plus bank holidays) increasing incrementally to 25 days. **Please note: due to the company operating within a regulated environment, you must have a clear credit history.
