Coventry Chemicals Ltd is one of the fastest growing manufacturers of branded and private label cleaning products in the UK. We have recently embarked upon an investment programme that has already improved our production capability with further enhancements and capacity increases on the way. We now want to recruit a National Account Manager to grow customers in the membership groups and professional sectors. You will devise and execute growth strategies for your major customers, working with them to develop joint business plans. New own label products, promotional programmes and improving the capability of customer sales forces are likely to be important elements of your strategy, as will building strong relationships with all influencers and decision makers. Your most important KPIs are revenue and margin. Successful applicants will be experienced account managers with a track record of profitable revenue growth with customers in the membership group and professional sectors. The ability to combine analysis with the desire and determination to succeed are important requirements as are the core skills of any good account manager: Developing compelling propositions Articulate and persuasive presentation style Patient and determined negotiator Mental agility to quickly move between multiple complex situations. in these or similar business sectors who can demonstrate success in growing profitable revenue. Experience in developing own label products will be an advantage.
