Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Must have previous sales experience Bench are keen to grow their Talent department. As a reputable Software Consultancy and Implementation business providing highly skilled technical experts within the field of Marketing Automation, Analytics, Insight, CRM and Data Management we have developed a strong Talent Pool of candidates. We are now looking for a Business Development focused Recruitment Consultant to build opportunity within the department. Sourcing contract roles within the areas above for individuals in the Talent Pool that are not currently being utilised. This is an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant with 1+ years Sales experience and some strong revenue related achievements under their belt to move into a more professional, consultancy software environment. The role can provide great progression into Software Sales, Professional Services and Client Management. Key accountabilities of the role include: Manage and develop a diverse range of clients within your area of expertise Building and maintaining a strong network of candidatesEvoke trust by building and demonstrating knowledge of the marketWork with colleagues to maximise business opportunities and market coverageContinually work to generate new business by identifying new leads and referrals and exploit all potential business opportunitiesSource suitable candidates for live roles via database searches, headhunting, networking We are looking for a candidate that is well presented with excellent communications skills and the ability to converse with senior clients and candidates to build strong levels of rapport. Skills and Attributes needed to be successful in this role: Minimum 1.5 years B2B sales experienceDrive and Motivation to exceed expectations of colleaguesProactive attitude using your own initiativeSales, KPI and Target mindsetStrong communications skills, via telephone, face to face and emailNetworking skillsStrong understanding of Business Development and Recruitment principlesAbility to handle objections affectively.
