Regional Development Manager - South East GBP25k - GBP30k + 20% bonus, car etc. Category Leading FMCG Brand Job Summary Our client is a leading FMCG brand that appears in over 50% of UK householdsThey are looking for a regional development manager to drive compliance and staff education within their largest retail partners across the South East of the UK Description As part of the field sales team, you will work closely with your in-store retail teams to ensure best in-class execution of my clients' productsAs a good stakeholder manager, you know how to influence, coach and train a strong in-store team within your retail partnersYou will need to be flexible, with your working hours will be based on business needs Key Qualifications and Competencies Extensive experience in a customer-facing FMCG or retail sales settingProven ability to drive amazing customer experiences - and results - directly and through a strong teamExperience in developing, planning and executing events/drive interest and footfallExperience in identifying trends, reporting results, drawing relevant conclusions and recommending action to managementDiplomacy, countenance and the ability to adapt to challenges while remaining calm.Must be a strong project manager who is proactive, highly organized, excellent at multi-tasking, comfortable under pressureAble to work effectively as a team member and across multiple teamsExperience in developing promotional programs that drive sales, either direct or through partners
