Resourcer - Rail & Telecomms Chelmsford, Essex GBP20,000 + Bonuses We are working alongside a successful, yet ambitious staffing agency specialising in the Rail and Telecomms industries. Recruiting for various projects across the UK and Europe. Due to an increase in work from a number of key clients, the team are looking for an experienced Resourcer to join them to assist in the vital part of sourcing suitable candidates to be passed onto Consultants. You will receive in-house training and guidance for development as a Consultant, taken to meet with clients to gain an insight of how they operate and also on site to understand the candidate's daily operation. - Be able to create suitable job adverts and attract candidates - Knowledge of either the Rail or Telecomms markets - Engineering, PTS, LUL etc. If you would like to discuss this position further, please ask for Jerome at Rite Recruit.
