Lettings Agent ManchesterGBP18,000 + OTE 22k-23k Role:My client is a quickly growing estate agents based in Manchester, who takes pride in providing residential accommodation and responsive services to their customers. With a passion for innovation and excellent service delivery, they are constantly looking for ways to improve their services and build on their reputation They now have exciting opportunity for a Lettings Agent to join them, you will be responsible for:- Creating Excel reports from data such as number of viewings ect- Supporting marketing and lettings using web and internet facilities.- Arranging and conduct viewings (Require driving license and own vehicle)- Conduct property market research to ensure asking prices are accurate.- Using property management software to manage tenancies and property information.- Process credit checks and references. - Keep reliable files and records with a healthy attitude to improving methods and systems.- Customer relations and continued contact with tenants.- Organise property maintenance and liaise with the maintenance department + tenants accordingly.- Keep and maintain electronic files on central data server.**Excellent excel skills would be highly desirable The Lettings Agent will be required to work Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM with just 2 Saturday's a month 10:00AM - 5:00PM (rotation) If you would like to apply for this role please send your CV or call Adecco is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
