Team Lead (Account Management), Digital Media, Central London. We are immediately seeking a Team Leader within Account Management to service the London managed business market, working with current clients, ensuring retention and growth but focus also on supporting the sales team with new business development. The Team Lead will be responsible for directly managing a team of 4/5 Account Managers / Account Executives and you will report up to The Head of Account Management UK. The role sits within the commercial Team. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work with one of the leading programmatic players in the UK. This opportunity will give exposure to working in a fast paced fun digital business who is at the forefront of moment scoring, data and innovation. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES In conjunction with the Head of Account Management develop existing business and a sound commercial strategy that you will oversee and manage. Success will be measured on your ability to demonstrate revenue retention and growth on the back of your implemented commercial strategy. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE You will be required to have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of digital advertising experience ideally within a direct response / programmatic industry Ideally 1 year proven management experience leading a team
